Rockhouse Bottom

This past weekend we visited a very isolated and unique place near Lake Cumberland called Rockhouse Bottom.

First we climbed to the top of this 300 million year old stone arch.

This was where an old indian burial ground was located.

Our dog acted very odd while we were up there.

We then hiked down and through the arch to the Cumberland River.

This is how the Cumberland River appeared before it was flooded to make the Lake Cumberland.
